90-Day Return & Refund Policy (SomBlueprint.com)

Effective Date: February 2, 2026

At SomBlueprint.com (“we,” “us,” “our”), we want you to feel confident about your purchase. This policy explains the terms for returns and refunds on eligible orders placed through SomBlueprint.com.

1) 90-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking. Requests submitted after 90 days will not be eligible.

2) Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved before you ship anything back.
To start a return, contact us at: [support@somblueprint.com] with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the book (front, back, spine, and any areas of concern)

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

3) Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, the book must be returned exactly as received:

✅ Required Condition (must meet all):

  • No damage of any kind
  • No wear and tear
  • No bent corners, creases, tears, or stains
  • No markings (including highlighting, writing, underlining, sticky notes, or any other alterations)
  • No odors (smoke, perfume, mildew, etc.)
  • No missing pages or defects caused after delivery

If the returned item shows any damage, wear, tear, or markings, it violates this return policy and will not be eligible for a refund. In that case, we may either:

  • Refuse the refund and return the item to you at your expense, or
  • Offer a partial refund at our discretion (where allowed), based on the condition.

4) Refund Amount and Shipping Deduction (35%)

Approved returns are subject to only 35% deduction from the item price to cover outbound shipping/handling and processing costs.

  • This 35% deduction applies even if your original shipping was listed as “FREE.”
  • Original shipping/handling fees (if any were charged) are non-refundable, unless required by law.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be damaged/defective upon arrival (see Section 6).

5) How Refunds Are Issued

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days after inspection (bank processing times may vary)

6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the shipping box/packaging and the item
  • A clear description of the issue

If confirmed, we may (at our option):

  • Replace the item, or
  • Provide a refund (and may cover return shipping where appropriate)

7) Non-Returnable / Not Eligible

Returns will be refused for:

  • Books with any markings, wear, tear, or damage
  • Items returned after 90 days
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Items not purchased directly from SomBlueprint.com
  • Clearance/Final sale items (if marked “Final Sale” at purchase)

8) Refused Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address provided by the customer, the order may be subject to additional shipping/handling deductions or reshipment fees.

9) Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may impact your eligibility for future refunds and may require documentation to be provided to the payment processor.

10) Limitation of Liability (Important)

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11) Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on SomBlueprint.com at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
